The Cause
(Your purpose)
The first step in the Culture Canvas is to define your ONE purpose, the reason your organisation exists.
What’s the cause that you’re fighting for? What does the future look like and what are the rules of the game?
The Players
(Your Team)
The second step is to get the right people on the bus that are not only capable but have the right character. People are excited to be part of what you're building and who actively contribute to the culture.
Who are the players?
The Word
(Your Comms)
The third step is to watch your language and make your communications consistent with your values. Select the words you use very carefully.
Do you 'hire' employees or do you 'select' associates? Are your marketing and internal comms consistent with each other?
The Behaviours
(Your Processes)
The final step of the Culture Canvas is to design the ways of working that reinforce the behaviours you want.
Does. the environment help people behave the way you want them to? Do processes remind people of the reason you do what you do?
