My house is lived in.
We are a busy family of three kids all playing lots of rugby and hockey.
Our weekends are filled with driving to sporting clubs, braving the weather (and sometimes the sunshine), while cheering from the sideline.
And our house is filled with wet kit and dirty boots.
If you came to visit I’d tidy up a bit and make the house welcoming and comfortable. You’d think we were organised and tidy all the time.
But if you looked in the fridge you might get a different idea.
With the busy lives, we don’t often have time to keep on top of what’s inside the fridge, so it would definitely give you more accurate view of how we live.
If you’re a leader you need to find out what your fridge is. Where do you need to look to get your data? Where are you currently getting your information and your feedback?
Is it the tidied house spruced up to create a good impression or is it the salad draw where you’re looking at the reality of 5 day old lettuce?
So figure out what’s in your fridge?
