If you want people to love your business, love them. Employees, clients, suppliers. Love them first and they will love you and your business.
“People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
Theodore Roosevelt
Everyone knows that we should love our customers, but what about everyone else?
Love your team. Be there for them, listen to them, care about what they care about. Give them space to live their life. The ups, the downs!
Love your suppliers. Pay them early. Make it super easy for them to do business with you. Solve their issues for them.
And love your customers. There’s been plenty written already about that.
If you want a culture of passion and productivity? Want to get to a place where people love your business? Show a passion for your team, your suppliers and your customers.
Do you have your team’s back? What do you do when they are struggling and that struggle manifests as letting you (and your clients) down? What happens?
